Our Service Philosophy
At Masterdish, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, supportive, and person-centered services. Our goal is to empower our clients to reach their fullest potential by emphasizing their capabilities rather than focusing on their disabilities.
We believe in the principles of citizenship and community involvement, recognizing that every individual has the right to enjoy the same benefits and opportunities as those without disabilities.

Our Service Approach
Our approach is rooted in person-centered planning, which identifies and prioritizes what is important to the individual. This supportive process involves listening, learning, and focusing on the current and future needs of our clients. At Masterdish, our person-centered planning is guided by values of empowerment and choice, fostering independence, self-reliance, and self-esteem. We do not make decisions for those we serve; instead, we provide them with the necessary information to make informed choices. Our guidance and expertise enable individuals with disabilities to navigate the balance between choice and responsibility, promoting their success in all decision-making.
